Due to world-wide manufacturing and logistics complications related to the ongoing coronavirus epidemic some orders may be subject to fulfillment and shipping delays. Hope you understand.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

 
Due to the particularity of products with batteries (Sonic Electric Toothbrush and Water Flossers), we will use different shipping methods in consideration of transportation safety, which will affect the delivery time. Hope you can understand.

Delivery time

100% of orders are shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.  

Order processing

Orders may take between 2 business days to process before shipping out. After orders are captured in our system, if you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please email at support@meyarn.net 
Our Representatives are available during our business hours of 9:00am – 6:00pm (EST) from Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). 
 

Shipping tax

If you’re shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are excluded in the shipping cost you paid and levied once your package reaches your country. Meyarn is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries. Any refused international packages will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.
 
Please note that the shipping carrier may pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from them after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing hair products.
 

Shipping delays

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email support@meyarn.net
 

Track your order

Once you’ve logged into your account, under the “Account”  section and click on “Orders” to find the order number you’re wanting to track. If your order has shipped, a tracking number will be added above your details. You will also receive email updates with shipping and tracking information to your email address.

Automatic returns and wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the shipping address is correct. If you would like to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@meyarn.net as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change. Once your package is shipped, we are unable to make any changes or canceallations.

All the international automatic returns will incur a 30% restocking fee for monetary refund. There will be a $6.99 shipping cost for reshipment if the package is returned back to sender.

Shipping countries

We can deliver to almost all over the world. But due to some countries’ customs policies and the higher transportation costs, we cannot deliver to some countries. You can contact our customer service if you are wondering whether we can ship to your country.

All shipping policies above are applicable to all countries we can ship to.
