RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the special nature of oral care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges in view of hygiene concerns. But we want to ensure your complete satisfaction so we will happily offer the following policies to protect your rights.
You can cancel your order free before it’s shipped. Once your order has been shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be canceled. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.
We accept refunds in the following situations:
- 1. The product is damaged before opening.
- 2. We sent the wrong goods.
- 3. We miss some products in your order. (You can also request resending in this case instead of a refund.)
Please also indicate your order number and the reason for the refund.
How much refund can I get?
We will refund you the full amount of the defective product you paid for. You may get the refund within 3 business days.
How can I get a refund?
You can contact our customer service to apply for a full refund within one week of receiving the products. We will reply to you within 24 hours.
Here are two refund payment options you can choose from:
- 1. Store Credit – No restocking fee is deducted if you choose to refund your order in Meyarn store credits, and your next purchase is made easier!
- 2. Refund – Monetary refunds will be refunded back to the original form of payment that you used to purchase. Please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show in your account.
The products with batteries warranty period are 12 months. Others are 3 months.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of your purchase. To determine the start date of the warranty period, it is necessary to provide your order number.

The warranty on Meyarn’s product is limited to the original customer and cannot be transferred to any others.
