It's amazing! Easy to use and not bulky at all. I bought some other night guards before and they were horrible. Too thick to clean. Didn't do anything for me. I'm glad I found this.

I have been using these mouth guards for months and I am very satisfied with how they work. I grind my teeth at night and these helped me. Keep in mind that everyone's mouth shape and teeth are different, so these may not work for some people. I used to get professionally made dental guards from dentists. It was really expensive and lasted about 6 months. These mouth guards last as long as theyโ€™re working (for me up to 3 weeks). I usually use a mouth guard for a few weeks, cleaning between each use. My jaw is no longer tight. Aside from the affordable price, I appreciate how small the guard is, so it won't stick out of your mouth. I will keep reordering these dental guards. Highly recommended!

These are cheap and plentiful. I found that they can be used for about 5 days before they need to be replaced. Although they are not a perfect fit, they are not uncomfortable and do not fall out of my mouth easily. It's a big deal for price and quantity. I've tried dozens of grinding guards that absolutely get the job done compared to other guards.

I'm glad to find this smaller grinder Procter for myself because I don't have a big mouth and all the boiling and fit feels like I'm choking. I can't sleep with that in my mouth. This one is very comfortable!

These mouth guards are the best on the market and do not require high dental costs. They fit well and do not need boiling. They are thin enough to be comfortable enough and efficient. Sealed packaging, clean and hygienic, highly recommended

These are the most comfortable night guards I've ever used! They also seem to last forever! It doesn't cause my jaw pain like a dentist's custom one. I highly recommend these.

Tried two other brands, both heat molding. It is impossible to sleep, there is so much plastic in the mouth. However, this product does not need to be mold, it is small and thin enough to be placed in your mouth inconspicuously, and I can fall asleep there. The "wings" prevent you from grinding. Does not affect normal conversational speech at all

It looks a bit small, but it's really not meant to cover all your teeth. Just to prevent tooth contact and grinding. To that end, it's done a great job.

I tried a lot of mouth guards and decided to give these a try. Better than any other! Surprised by the effectiveness. I feel like there's nothing in my mouth, but it can get the job done and separate my teeth! I was thrilled!

This product is great. I even have full dentures and this insert works just great even with the dentures. I highly recommend this night guard so you don't have to grind your teeth anymore. Also very affordable and easy to clean.

These are the only working mouth guards I can find. By "work" I mean...They were comfortable. They rarely sneak out overnight.and...A mouth guard usually lasts for a week. I've been using these for years. Would highly recommend.

These are great! I've been using these for a long time. TMJ or grinding at night can cause neck pain, upper back pain, and even shoulder pain. I use these every night. I liked the little disposable packaging they came in. Good for travelling. Just put a few in my toiletries bag. I highly recommend these. They take a little time to get used to, but you'll see the difference right away.

In the past, I always gagged with the night guards. Tonight, I put this in, felt very comfortable, and fell asleep. This is my first time using this product and I am more comfortable with night guard in than out. These guards are small and cannot cover all your teeth. Just enough to prevent tooth contact. How many nights have I wished there was such a solution. So grateful

Because of my tooth grinding, it is difficult for me to find a tooth guard. All the others are so bulky that my jaws will lock up and just want to get them out. These are very comfortable and thin (but just right). My tooth grinding is daytime, this makes my life easier. You can talk with them, drink with them, smile with them.

Was using a small moldable tooth protector with CPAP. This tooth protector is smaller and more comfortable. Wash every day, so it seems to last longer. The service life is not yet known.

I've been clenching my teeth while I'm sleeping. I tried these and was pleasantly surprised. These little trays are great! Like how easy and comfortable they are to use. By the way, using Invisalign at the moment and these work brilliantly while my aligners are also in my mouth.

My dentist insisted on bite guard, but every one I tried made me gag, and I couldn't sleep. But this one is great! It's minimally designed, so it didn't make me gag until I took it out in the morning. I have a seriously over sensitive gag reflex. It keeps your teeth far enough apart so you won't damage your teeth, but you can still close your mouth completely.

I grind my teeth and clench them very hard. I hate the feeling of a plastic tray around my teeth or a flat plate between my teeth. The ones that mold to you're teeth build up with saliva. But these things...I love them! I can talk with it, they have enough cushions, where I don't wake up with jaw pain or Tmj symptoms like I used to. I brush them every day and soak it in mouthwash. They don't break down at all. These are absolutely recommended!

I had a very bad Bruxism at night, and it scared anyone sleeping nearby. They said it was amazing how I still have teeth knowing I do it so often. I woke up with terrible headaches, jaw/mouth pain and bruises inside my mouth all the time. I've tried so many mouth guards, but I have a small mouth. I even tried to reheat, cut and thin them, but without success. They are too big, bulky, uncomfortable, causing my mouth to remain open at night and drool too much. I tried, but I couldn't sleep with them, and they naturally fell off as being too bulky. I'm depressed, because my clenching continues with no alternative treatment, but these are life savers! They fit comfortably into my small mouth, and I slept all night. In fact, after the longest period of time, I slept better. I don't know why professionals aren't prepared for this design as a second option, for those who can't use the big mouth guard. love it!!!

These are the only ways to work for my bruxism all the time. When I run out, I'll keep buying these. These will stay in my mouth all night, the best part is that when these wear down, you just crack a new one. These have greatly reduced the amount of head and jaw pain I wake up with, and it has helped me get through the day in a better mood. So thank you, an affordable, very reliable solution!

I grind very hard.I had a $700 dental guard and I passed it in the first week. These work so well that they are more comfortable than boiling and mold guards. They do look small, but that's because the back pad rests where your mole will touch. The pack comes with so many, I think a guard can last a whole week.

My dentist often comments on how I grind my teeth at night. Last time she said my teeth were really worn out, I needed a night guard. I've tried this and love them. I thought the bottom fit would make me less likely to gag, so I tried, it worked. One night, I accidentally put this on my top teeth and felt even better. I can't say how it helped my teeth because I didn't go back to the dentist for 6 months, but I've been sleeping well and I wake up every morning with guards in my mouth. I'll definitely buy it again.

I want something that I can wear during the day to prevent clenching my teeth. It works well. It is thin and not bulky. I hardly noticed that I was wearing it. I put it on my lower teeth. It's much cheaper than buying retainers from orthodontists.

I grind my teeth badly at night. I've tried a special molded guard but I have to take it out in my sleep because I'll find it right next to me when I wake up. These will never come out. I can even talk and drink water without removing them. This material is soft enough that I can see that the force is being absorbed, but they are really durable. I will definitely continue to buy these.

A few years ago, I went to the dentist and he recommended a dental guard to help prevent grinding and created a custom dental guard for me to use. It was $500 and lasted about two years. I was put off by how expensive it was and how it didn't last a long time, so I just didn't have guards. Once I found this dental guard, I was a little skeptical, but gave it a chance because I was curious to know if it really worked. Well, I'm about a month in now, I can confirm that it works well !Highly recommended.

This is by far the best night guard I have tried. It is also the easiest to use. Follow these steps to do it as effective as magic. I easily took out the night guard watch from the tray. This feels great in my teeth, and it's not uncomfortable at all. I don't have to pry it down in the morning like before. I have tried several different brands and nothing compares to it!

So far, this is the only mouthguard I know how to use. It's super comfortable, I don't feel suffocated, it's not bulky at all. The tooth pad just covers the back teeth, which is where you need it most. I gritted my teeth at night and these are the perfect solutions.

They look like they are made for kids, but what surprised me is that they fit perfectly. It took me a while to get used to the rubbing around the front teeth and my lips. Nothing is too uncomfortable. It may take one or two nights to wear it before I no longer worry or even notice that. The only thing I didn't like was that my bite felt off in the first few hours after taking the guard away in the morning.

One of the things that push me to rate is the taste, there is no taste. These work very well. My child and I both have small trays, so it is difficult to find an effective mouth guard. It is comfortable and easy to adjust the size of your mouth. They are flexible and do not require any guesswork.

I grind my teeth very badly. It's not worth spending a lot of money every few months to buy new oral protective equipment from the dentist, so I want to try these. So far, everything is fine! I was worried that it would fall off while I was sleeping, but it did not. You can use the same one for a considerable amount of time, so the value for money looks good. I soak it with mouthwash every morning and it works well so far.

I use a lot of anti-bite devices to bite and grind, all of which keep me awake at night, and the effect is not good. I even visited a dentist to make a very professional one for me, but this guard was also very uncomfortable. I tried this product on a whim and let me tell you that it is outstanding. Very comfortable and easy to wear. No problem, solved the problem that I was holding on tightly. If needed, we will definitely order more.

I bought these to try them, they are awesome! Some nights, when I feel "super grinding", I use two of these (one for the upper jaw and one for the lower jaw), but I don't have the feeling of grinding at all. Note: If you buy these things, give your mouth a few nights to let it adapt to the way your jaw rests. In the first one or two nights, I found that my jaw felt strange in the morning after using this, but I gave it a few days, and now, I not only noticed that I no longer grind my teeth, but also that my jaw does not hurt... I highly recommend this product. If possible, I will give it 6 stars.

I'm a hard-core night grinder. I've used other expensive night guards before but pulled them out of my mouth while sleeping, and tossed them. So far I've used this guard five nights in a row without tossing it, and it has held up to my grinding without damage, so I think these will work long term.

Excellent product for the money paid. I clench my teeth really REALLY bad, and so far theyโ€™re holding up pretty great!!! This item was referred to me by a dental hygienist whom had bought several for her own use. It was my first time using a dental guard and was concerned about cost value. I did not want one custom made by dental office for $500-$600 and pay out of pocket since most insurance won't cover the cost. It feels comfortable for people with smaller mouth.

This product works great if you are worried about grinding your teeth. You might still grind, but you'll grind on the rubber - not your teeth. I wear it on my upper teeth, where it is very secure, as opposed to the lower, where it can rub against the gum. They are approved by my dentist, who said there is no difference in what they accomplish...it is simply a matter of preference.

When I first put it in, it pokeed for a minute. But it somehow always shifts to the the right spot and I never wake up with a sore spot, which often happens with others. My teeth were destroyed with grinding and my jaw is always sore if I don't use a guard. However, I took a star off because it took a bit of effort to move the guard to get rid of that poke for the first time, but itreally STAYS where it's most comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

As my teeth continue to wear out and sometimes wake up with headaches, I recently accepted that I was a grinding clencher. I decided to give it a try, and yes, these things are the best. So easy and simple, I slept like a baby. I never knew that this kind of mouth guard could solve my problem. You can’t beat the price and the convenience of using these.

So far, I really only used one night…But I believe they are saving my jaw. I’ve been grinding my teeth since I was a kid. Just recently, bursts and cracks have escalated to headaches/migraines and dental pain. I was consumed by the pain and anxiety of these symptoms and felt hopeless. After I wore this product (on my lower teeth) during the night I woke up with minimal pain. Throughout the day, it had faded to the point where I had almost forgotten that I had been running into this problem. I’ll wear it every night from now on.

After spending $500 on a custom mouth guard that ended up hurting my front teeth, even after tweaking, I tried several off-the-shelf mouth guards that were uncomfortable until I found this. At first, I wondered how it stayed where it was, but it did. Very satisfied with this product.

When I first saw this product, I was skeptical because it looked light and almost fragile. I worry that it won’t stay where it is when I sleep. But I’ve been using it for a few months now and couldn’t have been happier. It’s not as bulky as other similar products. And the price point is good. It definitely protects my teeth from grinding.

They are best suited – soft – easy to fit teeth. Stay where they are all night to prevent any friction. These are fantastic – they also last more than 3 times of wear…Simply rinse carefully in warm soapy water

I have been using these mouth guards for months and I am very satisfied with how they work. I grind my teeth at night and these helped me. Keep in mind that everyone’s mouth shape and teeth are different, so these may not work for some people. Aside from the affordable price, I appreciate how small the guard is, so it won’t stick out of your mouth. I will keep reordering these dental guards. Highly recommended!

    4. Do not rinse the guard with hot water.

    5. Drooling, soreness, nausea, and other phenomena at the beginning are normal physiological reactions. If severe discomfort occurs, stop using it and consult a dentist.

    Q1: How does it work?

ยท Avoid direct contact between upper and lower teeth.

ยท Reduce the sound of molars.

ยท Prevent teeth wear and periodontal damage.

Q2. Is it safe to use in the mouth?

Absolutely! It’s made of food-grade material and medical bio-based resins and antibacterial materials, which are safe, wear-resistant, and comfortable to wear.

Q3: Are there sizes for the night guard?

The guard is made of standard dental arches and can be worn by adults regardless of size.

Q4: Can I say goodbye to molars with this night guard?

The anti-grinding night guard can protect teeth and avoid damage caused by molars, such as tooth wear, periodontal tissue damage, ย loose teeth, and so on.

Q5: When I first started wearing the guard, why did I feel sore teeth or tense facial muscles in the morning?

The night guard can improve and correct the habit of teeth grinding. In the early stage of wearing, teeth, periodontal tissues, muscles, and jaw joints need a process of mutual adjustment and adaptation. Therefore, there will be discomfort at the beginning, and it will gradually disappear later.

Q6:Why did I drool at first with the night guard?

The saliva secretion mechanism of the human body determines that as long as there is something in the mouth, it will be conditioned to secrete saliva. After about a week, your mouth will get used to it and stop drooling.

Q7: Why did I feel nauseous when I started wearing the night guard?

Very few people experience nausea the first time they put on a mouthpiece as if they involuntarily retch when thrust deep into the mouth while brushing their teeth. This is the pharyngeal reflex, which is the physiological response of the human body to prevent swallowing foreign bodies. Just get used to it in a few days.

Q8: Under what circumstances can’t you use the night guard?

ยท With serious health problems or breathing discomfort.

    ยท Wearing wire braces.

ยท With movable dentures, full dentures, posterior implants, porcelain teeth, and loose teeth.

Q9: How to clean and store?

ยท Place the cleaning tablet in warm water for around 40ยฐand ensure that the amount of water can completely cover the guard.

ยท Put the guard in the water and let it stand for 8-15 minutes. If there are more stains, soak it all night.

ยท Rinse thoroughly with clean water before wearing.
