I grind my teeth at night and my sleep quality is not very good. A lot of the mouth guards are too big for me and my mouth is always sore. This one is great! I found the size to be perfect and I had two extras if I needed it.

Really helped me with my grinding. I've never really been a hardcore sleep grinder, but there are really minor problems per-my-dentist. Then I started jaw pain and headaches. It really helps. It took a few nights to get used to it, and once I realized it was more comfortable to put on my upper teeth than on my bottom, I went well.

This is great to help with my bruxism. It's comfortable to wear at night and easy to use. Cleaning these regularly by cleaning tablet swill prevent bacterial nesting. Good product overall, will buy again

I bought this because I have a TMJ and bite my chin at night which will make the situation worse. I have slept for three nights and wake up every morning without pain in my jaw. It is a bit smaller than ideal, but there is nothing I can't use. It is also super easy to wear. I recommend this.

I like these dental floss brushes. It's much easier to use than dental floss, and I think dental floss works better. Sometimes I have to use more than one, but it's no big deal.​

This is exactly what I was looking for. My teeth have been sore for several weeks. A few times I woke up with gritted teeth. Not sure if this is something I have been doing, but I have an ear pain/sinus infection brewing this time. I was thinking that I tried so hard to get rid of the pain. In any case, most of the pain disappeared after one night. don't know how long it will last!

I will try these first before buying a customized one.

The aligner case works great. It's really slim. I use it to store my night guard and it fits perfectly. The case comes with a little brush, which can be used to clean the case.

I don't know what to do with my Invisalign because I have a bad habit of wrapping them in tissues and almost throwing them away. This case is necessary for your Invisalign. The small bag that comes with it is an extra bonus. I put my foldable toothbrush, dental floss and mini toothpaste in my work bag. This is the same as my original mirrorless kit.

I put this box on the bathroom counter, so I don’t know if it can bear the weight of the backpack, but it does a good job.
