We can deliver to almost all over the world. But due to some countries’ customs policies and the higher transportation costs, we cannot deliver to some countries. You can contact our customer service if you are wondering whether we can ship to your country.
Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. Please kindly note that the actual delivery time may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as weather condition, Covid-19, third-party freight companies, etc.
We will send an email to you once the order has been shipped along with your orders tracking number.
Payment & Order
You can pay via Paypal, Discover, Master Card, VISA and AMEX.
Only unshipped orders can be cancelled. Cancellation may be done either through email or by Livechat. You can only by contacting our Customer Service to cancel your order.

Return & Refunds
Due to the special nature of oral products, we don’t accept returns and exchanges in view of hygiene concerns. But we want to ensure your complete satisfaction on our website so we will happily offer the cancellation and refund policy.
You can contact our customer service to apply for a full refund within one week of receiving the products.
Here are two refund payment options you can choose:
- Store Credit – No restocking fee is deducted if you choose to refund your order in Meyarn store credits, and your next purchase is made easier!
- Refund – Monetary refunds will be refunded back to your original form of payment that you used to purchase. Please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show in your account.
