Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

We can deliver to almost all over the world. But due to some countries’ customs policies and the higher transportation costs, we cannot deliver to some countries. You can contact our customer service if you are wondering whether we can ship to your country.

What is the shipping time ?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. Please kindly note that the actual delivery time may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as weather condition, Covid-19, third-party freight companies, etc.

How do I track my package?

Once you’ve logged into your account, under the ‘Account’ section and click on “Orders ” to find the order number you are wanting to track. If your order has shipped, a DHL tracking number will be added above your order details.

You will also receive email updates with shipping and tracking information to your email address.

Will I be updated when the order is shipped?

We will send an email to you once the order has been shipped along with your orders tracking number.

What payment methods you can accept?

You can pay via Paypal, Discover, Master Card, VISA and AMEX.

My payment was declined, why?

If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons why:

The card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases), there is a hold on the card. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.

How do I cancel my order?

Only unshipped orders can be cancelled. Cancellation may be done either through email or by Livechat. You can only by contacting our Customer Service to cancel your order.

Is my information secure using this site?

Absolutely!!! Our Secure Software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

How can I make changes on my orders?

There is no fee for making a change on orders placed within 24 hours (if it’s not shipped).

What currency are the prices on your website listed as?

The default prices listed on the website are in U.S. dollars.

For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. For the most accurate cost after exchange rate and fees, we recommend comparing the listed price to your country’s currency before purchasing.

What is your return policy?

Due to the special nature of oral products, we don’t accept returns and exchanges in view of hygiene concerns. But we want to ensure your complete satisfaction on our website so we will happily offer the cancellation and refund policy.

How will you refund me ?

You can contact our customer service to apply for a full refund within one week of receiving the products.

Here are two refund payment options you can choose:

  • 1. Store Credit – No restocking fee is deducted if you choose to refund your order in Meyarn store credits, and your next purchase is made easier!
  • 2. Refund – Monetary refunds will be refunded back to your original form of payment that you used to purchase. Please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show in your account.
